5. After approval, technical project design can be upgraded to make tender specifications
6. Potential suppliers/builders/contractors can make their bids and we can compare and evaluate these.
7. Next step is contracting…
8. …followed by building. During building we can act as project manager or on-site-supervisor.
9. For formal completion we can check the total project to see if everybody has delivered what was contracted.
